Unity Hospice Earns ACHC Accreditation

ST. LOUIS – Unity Hospice of Greater St. Louis proudly announces its approval of accreditation status by Accreditation Commission for Health Care (ACHC) for demonstrating compliance with ACHC’s standards for healthcare quality and safety in hospice care.

Achieving accreditation is a process where healthcare organizations validate compliance with national standards of care. Accreditation by ACHC reflects an organization’s dedication and commitment to meeting standards that facilitate a higher level of performance and patient care.

“We are very pleased to have achieved ACHC accreditation,” stated Area Administrator Gay Little. “By attaining this accreditation, Unity Hospice has proven that we are highly invested in the way we deliver care. We look forward to continuing to provide the highest level of quality hospice care to our patients and their families throughout Greater St. Louis.”
