  • Duties include but are not limited to:
    • Assist terminally ill patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, hygiene, toileting, etc.
    • Travel to service patients wherever they reside -home, nursing facility, assisted living etc.


  • Certified Nurse’s Aide License
  • Licensed driver with an insured vehicle
  • Critical thinking, analytical, interpersonal and organizational skills a must
  • Great customer-service minded attitude
  • Utmost compassion and integrity
  • Flexibility

Required Experience

  • 2 years, preferred
