Join Unity Hospice for our Annual Interfaith Remembrance Service on Sunday, April 22nd at 2:00 p.m.
All members of the community are invited to attend this service, which will honor our deceased loved ones. As is the tradition, the service of remembrance will be lead by various faith leaders from Unity Hospice as well as the outside community.
The service includes readings and live music as well a candle lighting ceremony where attendees can share a memory about their loved one. Friends and families are also asked to bring a memento or keepsake that reminds them of their deceased loved one and that they may display on the Memory Table during the event. Following the service, there will be a light dinner served. We invite all to stay and gather in fellowship.
For more information about this service, or to confirm attendance, please call Unity Hospice of Chicagoland at 312-427-6000 and ask for Bereavement Coordinator, Katherine Valenta.
