Palliative Care Program

For patients pursuing treatments, our Palliative Care Program delivers pain and symptom relief.

Feel comfortable as you continue treatments

The word palliative (click for) simply means medical care that focuses on comfort. As a premier hospice provider for over 30 years, pain and symptom management is one of our specialties. We developed our Palliative Care Program to bring comfort to patients who are pursuing curative or life-prolonging treatments, as an added layer of care.

Our staff will come to you–either in person or via telehealth–so you won’t have to leave the comfort of your home. In addition to being comfortable and supported, studies show that patients who utilize palliative care are more likely to make a complete recovery.

Medical Care

Nurse Practitioners:

  • Deliver comfort through expert pain and symptom management.
  • Provide education about disease progression and medication management.
  • Offer guidance for treatment options and goals of care.
  • Work hand-in-hand with your doctors and specialists.

Emotional and Social Care

Social Workers:

  • Provide emotional and social support.
  • Coordinate additional care and services.
  • Assist with advance directives and care planning.

Palliative care is not hospice.
